The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the office, making travel easy with on-site parking. The hotel presents a reasonably upmarket appearance despite ongoing road works nearby. Evening dining options are easily accessible, and the staff, though friendly, may lack some basic skills. The breakfast service offers a large variety of items for a reasonable price.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, with outstanding service, great for its location. The dining experience is varied, and the facilities are well-maintained. However, the room could feel cramped due to extra furniture, and restricted date changes were a downside.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were very clean, but they were a bit cold making it feel more like a prison cell at times. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being professional and helpful while others ignored our requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to bars and dining options, but cleanliness could have been better. The dining offered a good range of choices, but there were some limitations due to staff resources.
