Grateful for Excellent Stay

convenient locationfast internetrude lady
The location was convenient to Temple Meads and provided easy access to the city. I requested a late checkout and the staff granted it, a great convenience because of my travel arrangements. The included fast internet was a bonus, I did not expect it.
I found the check-in process to be difficult because the lady working then seemed rude. She did not explain any hotel facilities when I parked, and the first impression was awful.
Rooms
9/10
The room was a good size, also it was clean with lots of space, even if the bed was very firm. There was a fridge in the room and a safe, a bonus. Mineral water was there in addition to tea and coffee making facilities.
Dining
10/10
The hotel bar staff are so lovely and friendly, also the happy hour was great and a really nice touch. The breakfast had variety and catered to all tastes. I had a supper and enjoyed a very early breakfast in the restaurant.
Service
9/10
Every staff member was polite and helpful, can I say. I did not wait at all for anything, not for reception or room service.
Facilities
8/10
There are good car parking facilities, and the price is reasonable, thankfully. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained, I think.
